This is one of our favorites. We make these for breakfast sometimes. These are plain muffins that are really good with butter and jam on them. Or just by themselves.
1 egg
1/2 C. Milk
1/4 C. oil
1 1/2 C. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 C. Sugar
Combine all ingredients. Fill muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

German pancakes
German pancakes
3 eggs whipped really good
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 and a 1/2 TBL butter
Preheat oven to 450, melt butter in the bottom of a 8x8 glass baking dish in oven being careful not to burn butter. Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Sour Cream Waffles
Sour Cream Waffles - aka McKay's favorite Waffles
1 c. Milk
1 c. Sour Cream
2 eggs
3 Tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch kosher salt
Combine wet ingredients and whisk well. Form a well in dry ingredients and add wet mixture. Fold together (don't worry if there are a few lumps) Cook in waffle iron.
*I like to add things to the waffles - Pecans, blueberries, strawberries, bananas, ect. -So yummy! ENJOY
